Policies
Rates do not include 7% Maine room tax.
Two night minimum stay on weekends. Three night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and summer weekends. Four night minimum July 4. Other minimums may apply.
Rates are daily, double occupancy. Reservations will be charged for one night's stay. Subsequent cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits (less cancellation fee) will only be refunded with 14 days cancellation notice. Entire stay is payable on arrival.
There are different cancellation requirements for multiple room reservations: please ask when reserving.
Rates may change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Smoking is allowed outside only. We don't take pets.
