Policies
Rates do not include 7% Maine room tax.
Two night minimum stay on weekends. Three night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and summer weekends. Four night minimum July 4. Other minimums may apply.
Check-in Time is 2pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Complimentary Parking is available for one car per room.
Rates are daily, double occupancy. Accepted reservations will be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay. Subsequent cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits (less cancellation fee) will only be refunded with 14 days cancellation notice. Deposits for reservations made within 14 days of stay are considered non-refundable. Entire stay is payable on arrival.
Rates may change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Smoking is allowed outside only. We don't take pets.
