Location is everything, and this house has it! Atlantic Heights is located on Highland Avenue in Ogunquit, approximately 4 blocks from the center of town. It is less than a 10 minute walk from this house to the center of town and to the beach.
Lots of Room
Upstairs for the grownups and downstairs for the kids. Linen service is included, so you don't have to worry about bringing sheets and towels.
Living Room
The living room has a new hardwood wood floor, which should cut down on the vacuuming. The room seats 7 comfortably. The couch is a queen size pull-out. The big bay window lets in plenty of sunlight, and the room has a NEW 30 inch LCD-TV. It also has a DVD player, and cable internet connection.

Kitchen
The house has a large eat in kitchen. There is a table that folds out to seat 8. It has all appliances, including a dishwasher. Dishes to serve at least 20 (plates, cups, etc.) are included. There is also a new set of high quality pots and pans.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom looks great! It's a serene blue, and has nice windows. It also has its own bathroom, a laundry closet with washer and dryer stack, and a cool wall-mounted lcd tv.

Second Bedroom
The second and third bedrooms are on the upper level. This bedroom has two twin beds. It's decorated in a fun way and perfect for kids (or grownups!) This bedroom and the third bedroom share a bathroom in the hallway just outside their doors.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is on the upper level. This bedroom is not so large, but it has a queen size bed. It also has the dresser that used to be in the master bedroom. It shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.

Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom is in the basement. It has 2 twin beds, some cool new art, new window treatments, and a small tv. There is a bathroom in the basement, so running up and down the stairs in the middle of the night is not necessary.

Basement
The house has a full basement and it has been overhauled for 2006. It has seating for at least 6, an LCD TV, and a desk area. Pictures are of the main area of the basement, but is also has a bedroom (see above), bathroom, and a large area on the other side with an eating table and a daybed.
